Whole Foods to label GMOs by 2018(yes it is true)

Whole Foods have a press release out saying that Whole Foods is going to commit to GMO transparency by telling their suppliers that they have 5 years to source non-GMO ingredients or label their products to say they contain GMOs. (http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/blog/gmo-labeling-coming-to-whole-foods-market to see the full press release)

So good news on that front for sure and deals a huge blow to Monsanto and Dupont and all the pushers of GMOs who admitted they didn't want consumers knowing what they were eating

According to Mike Adams of Natural News he says the turning point was the Organic Spies video that was released last year in which Whole Foods were caught on camera lying to their customers about GMO's(http://www.prisonplanet.com/whole-foods-announces-mandatory-gmo-labelling-by-2018-heres-how-it-happened.html) and of course his site broke the story and spread the video around like wild fire basically and basically embarrassed Whole Foods and caused a tremendous public outrage and causing many customers to shop elsewhere

Following that Infowars.com reporters Aaron Dykes and Melissa Melton launched a video report that exposed the whole thing claiming that while their slogan had said "Nothing artificial ever" while selling products with GMOs in them and the Prop 37, which unfortunately did not pass in California, was also in full rigor and Whole Foods did not contribute a single dime to the campaign but thanks to public pressure they donated $25,000 dollars

So it was independent investigative journalists yet again that held Whole Food's feet to the fire and of course the corrupt mainstream media didn't even report it because it is nothing more than propaganda for the unawakened masses

Of Course one would expect Whole Foods to be slammed with a lawsuit by Monsanto and even the USDA and FDA would be involved in that when it was Monsanto and the FDA who told whole milk producers to get rid of the "no rGBH" on their labels and should this happen I would think there would be massive campaigns to defend Whole Foods decision and tell the FDA and even US Senators to oppose any FDA rules that would censor and silence GMO labelling.

It is nice to be able to report good news now and again folks..
