A youtube video captured a power hungry security guard accusing a 24 year old man of drinking booze in the parking lot of a liquor store and arresting him of course the kicker is the man was drinking Arizona brand Half and Half Ice Tea
The rapper known as Xstrav or Christopher Beatty and his friend Tony Brown waited at the parking lot of Cumberland County ABC Liquor Store in Fayetteville, North Carolina and plainly clothed officers walked up to Beatty and demanded to know what he was drinking naturally Beatty was taking aback but showed the man identified as a "cop" to read the label but didn't allow the man to hold or take a sip of the drink
Then the man professing to be a cop asks Beatty to leave the property for trespassing even though he was there in the parking lot waiting to make a future purchase. The video shows the undercover cop not identifying himself as a cop before he questions Beatty and quickly flashes what may be a badege for 3 seconds before demanding the guy place his hands on his own damn car.
He was not read his rights or even told what the so called charge was for what the arrest was for, the security guard just handcuffs him while someone walking around the parking lot was clearly drunk and violating well known laws regarding being drunk in public
This is an example of abuse of authority and it is truly disgusting.. all because he was drinking ICE TEA!!! this is also another example of the nanny state going after innocent people for absolute bullshit such as this story here. The cop, if he is one, had no probable reason to go after Beatty and harass him at all and I hope the video clears Beatty of this nonsense
