We have all seen the headlines that North Americans are becoming obese at alarming rates and may have health risks associated with it like heart disease for example. But what if I told you that this whole obesity crisis is nothing more than a giant scam being used by the $58 billion dollar a year industry, animal rights activists who want to lecture to you that eating meat is bad and the whole 9 yards.
We have also seen lawsuits being filed against restaurants and food manufacturers of every description over the years claiming the food made their clients fat and the lies they use are ignored by government and the corrupt mainstream press which asserts that obesity causes 300,000 deaths a year in America, that 61 percent of n medical costs are overweight or obese and this costing $117 billion dollars and the article shows just how they pulled this health con job over us and shows how it is not as bad as they are telling us
The article goes on to expose how they exaggerated the stats to create fear-mongering and that the BMI index is seriously flawed as well for example if you are an athlete 6 foot 2 and you are let's say 200lbs but its all muscle but yet you are still considered "obese"
But if you do need to lose weight, I highly suggest you not fall for the fad diets and other stuff they are pushing and just stick with old diet and healthy eating and as some other studies have shown that being slightly or moderately chubby but are active you may live longer than say ideal weight people or severely obese people. We also to remember as well(and I said this in Autism 24 blog earlier) that just because people gain a few pounds for whatever reason does not give us the right to be bias, pass judgement or discriminate against them, they are after all human beings not exaggerated stats we can use to control what people can or cannot eat on a daily basis.

Doug and Catherine Snodgrass were thrilled when their 17 year old son was making a new friend at school but only to find out this "friend" was an undercover cop who convinced the young man to sell weed and arrested him for drug possession!!!
Mr. Snodgrass explained that his son has Asperger's(like me) and other issues that make it hard for him to make friends. He told ABC news that his son had just been enrolled in Chaparrall High School in California and "He suddenly had this friend who was texting him around the clock"
What Snodgrass did not know was that "Daniel" was an undercover cop with the Riverside County Sherrif's department. "Daniel" had developed a friendship with the son and asked him to sell his prescription medicine but when the teen refused, "Daniel" gave the kid 20 bucks and asked him to buy marijuana. Eventually "Daniel" persuaded the teen , convincing him that he really needed the drug
In December 2012, Snodgrass' son was arrested along with 21 other students from three schools on various drug charges to an undercover operation. In January, a juvenile court judge ruled there were extenuating circumstances in the case and only gave the young man probation and 20 hours of community service and there was no evidence of guilt. In March, Judge Marian H. Tully ruled that the Temecula Valley District School Board could not expel the teen, and they, had in fact, failed to provide any sort of supervision while at school.
"Within three days of the officer's requests, [the] student burned himself due to his anxiety- Tully said. "Ultimately, the student was persuaded to buy marijuana for someone he thought was a friend who desperately needed this drug and brought it to school for him"
Snodgrass says his son has been harassed by teacher's who have given the young man numerous multiple suspensions and threatened expulsion. "Our son was cleared of the criminal charge, but the school continued to try and expel him" Snodgrass said
The family is suing the school for unspecified damages, stating the school should have better protected their son instead of participating in a undercover drug op with local authorities intentionally targeted and discriminated against the son.
Stephen Downing, a retired Deputy Chief of Police in the LAPD, described the behavior of the cops in this case pointing to some troubling trends in policy by saying "It is evident of just how far we have gone, and how callous we have become, in treating our children with the care and dignity they should be entitled"
"The fact that the police officer chose to prey upon the most "vulnerable" is "egregious" but not surprising- he said. He pointed to policing tactics and policies- like quotas, increasing the criminalization of America's schools and the fraudulent war on drugs- that has put pressure on cops to treat normal teen behavior as criminal.
This is a outrage.I think this is an example of the lack of decency and compassion that our society is lacking these days and illustrates how these people enjoy preying on innocent people in order to profit and make schools feel like prisons by treating normal behavior of kids and teens like it is a felony. Scotland: Every child to have a "state guardian" from Birth, How young people are being brainwashed by the eco-fascists

Every baby born in Scotland is to be assigned a "state minder" from birth under absolutely draconian new proposals which would basically allow the government to spy on families under the guise of preventing child abuse.

The state-appointed overseer will be very specific, named individual, and every child will have one, from birth. The responsibility for creating this named guardian will fall on the heads of the health boards for the first five years of a child's life, before being transferred to councils"
This program falls under the Children and Young People Bill. Children's minister Aileen Campbell justified this by saying it would "make sure there is someone having an overview of what is happening with that child to maker sure that early indicators of anything that would pose a threat or risk to that child are flagged up"
Walton also speculated on what kind of behavior could be deemed "child abuse" including what is in the kid's school lunch box or re-define bullying to include parents yelling at their kid.
It has been well documented that schools are now encouraging children to spy on their parents' recycling habits under the guise of protecting mother earth. Could the alleged "eco-crime" of failing to place a piece of cardboard in the correct trash can prompt a kid to report his or her parents to the "state guardian" and warrant an investigation???
In the aftermath of the Jimmy Seville scandal where he was allegedly sexually abusing children and even adults a year after his death in 2011(en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jimmy_Saville_sexual_abuse_scandal ), concern about child abuse is rampant in the UK but is fear that has been largely been generated by the establishment media scaremongering and not an actual increase in child abuse cases.
Top judges like Alan Goldsack QC are also calling on the government to intervene to remove kids from "criminal families" at birth which is part of what they are calling "Family Intervention Projects" the British government has forced families to install surveillance cameras in their OWN homes while subjecting them to home visits to ensure that kids go to bed on time, attend school and eat proper meals.

And of course DC police responded to Kokesh's plan by threatening arrest Kokesh again and any other armed demonstrators who take part, Kokesh and fellow activist N.A. Poe were arrested as they spoke at a permitted pro-marijuana legalization rally at Independence Mall National Historic Park in Philadelphia last Saturday and neither were smoking pot or doing any other drugs and when Kokesh was arrested the cops claimed they were assaulted by him but the video of his arrest shows that he did not such thing at all and fully co-operated

Rumsfeld that the president DOES NOT have the sole authority to create and operate military tribunals and is get authorization from Congress under the separation of powers. The Senate and House of Representatives passed the Military Commissions Act and Bush signed this into law on October 17, 2006 where it gives the president to declare individuals as "unlawful enemy combatants" and subject them to military commissions and strip them of their habeas corpus rights under Article 1 Section 9 of the United States Constitution

Nevada Governor Candidate warns that Boy Scout Jamboree maybe target for False Flag

Referencing the FBI's involvement with staged terror such as the 1993 WTC bombings and the Boston Marathon Bombings, Mr. VanderBeek said insider sources told him that a "FEMA mass casualty terror drill" planned for the month of July and he cautioned that this had been kept secret from the public until now
"FEMA is preparing for announced disease outbreak drill caused by conventional and unconvential terrorism in July with a 4:1 ratio of mental and "sick" Vanderbeek wrote from notes he was provided by unnamed government sources and According to them this drill could take place during the Jamboree and found it suspicious that the location of the Jamboree had been altered as for about 30 years it was always held at Fort A.P. Now the reason I bring this up is because this is an illustration of how warped we are as a society when it comes to beauty for example like if you gain a few pounds you are considered ugly but looking like a fucking anorexic is acceptable!! it is not okay at all, you do need some fat on your body for basic survival like normal for men generally 18-25% but if you are athletic and you are a guy it is 14-17% according to http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/body-fat-chart.php and if you are female it is a bit higher because of our reproductive system around 25-31% generally but again if you are an athletic female it would be 14-20% and is also age dependent as well but I digress

The first lawsuit was filed today concerning IRS targeting, with a Tea Party group out of California suing in a U.S. District Court in Cincinnati, Ohio. The NorCal Tea Party Patriots claim that the IRS "applied intensive and intrusive scrutiny" violating their rights after the group tried to get tax exempt status.

Shulman also upheld the idea put forth last week in the inspector general's report which placed blame on ineffective management for the delays in tax exemption claims as well as additional questioning
"While the inspector general's report did not indicate that there was any political motivation involved, the actions outlined in the report have justifiably led to questions about the fairness of the approach taken here"-Shulman, who left the agency in November 2012, told the committee.
Both Shulman and his successor Steve Miller admitted to knowing about IRS targeting for about a year but did not tell or alert Congress. This tragedy has given globalist establishment puppet Obama the perfect opportunity to re-connect with the American people with useless authoritarian speeches about aid and disaster recovery
in a post that was titled "Putting things into perspective" NBC's Chuck Todd, Mark Murray, Domenico Montanaro and Brooke Brower argued that the tornado "puts so much of Washington's focus over the past two weeks- on the IRS, Benghazi , and the leak investigations-into perspective" and that these things have to "take a pause"

Adam Kokesh to be charged with "Assaulting a Federal Officer"

Political activist and former Marine Adam Kokesh was arrested over the weekend for merely exercising his 1st amendment right during a pro-marijuana protest that took place on Saturday in Philadelphia, PA and is now being charged with "assaulting a federal officer" even though video shows he did not resist arrest and he was not smoking any pot either and was arrested after he had given a key note speech.
If he is indeed being charged with assaulting an officer, Kokesh will be one of many Americans who have been hit with such charges despite acting peacefully and compliant and in some cases people who have been beaten by cops have been charged with assaulting a cop even though it was the cops that beat the shit of the people. Video of the incident shows Kokesh holding his hands up as he is dragged off and he clearly did not resist arrest or make an aggressive moves towards the cops
The charge carries a 10 year sentence in jail and would kibosh Mr. Kokesh's plan of leading an armed protest in Washington DC in July if this is able to stick

IRS targeted Billy Graham Ministry and other christian groups

The New American(where the article originates from) is reporting that as soon as the White House announced on May 15th that acting IRS commissioner Steven Miller would resign in revelations that the tax agency was targeting conservative groups and now news has come out that they not only targeted conservative groups but the tax exempt status of prominent Christian organizations had also been targeted by the IRS.
FOX news reported that while President Obama announced Miller's resignation, what he left out was the fact that an official close to Miller said that the IRS head was "set to resign the position of acting commissioner as of early June" and the official also told FOX that Miller was already planning to leave "couple months later, regardless of the current controversy" and FOX reported the "convenient" way in which Miller was going to be ousted was not even mentioned by the President when he announced Miller's resigning and Obama spoke with Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew and other department officials in which they had received the critical inspector general's report showing how bad management allowed IRS agents to illegally target Tea Party groups and others for 18 months beginning in 2010
Despite Obama making a statement that "Americans have a right to be angry about it, and I'm angry about it" and claiming his administration would put in "safeguards" to make sure this kind of thing never happens again and reassuring the American people, more revelations were coming out about the extent of targeting the IRS did towards organizations that could be painted as being opposed to the Obama administration. Among these organizations the IRS audited was the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA) and the 180 year old Baptist newspaper the Biblical Recorder which is published by the North Carolina. The IRS also targeted the humanitarian relief group Samaritan's Purse... Both are run by Franklin Graham, who is the son of the very famous evangelical preacher Billy Graham who used to have specials on TV and even had segments on the radio which I can remember quite well
In the run up to last year's presidential elections, the BGEA had taken out ads in the NY Times, Wall St. Journal and other papers trying to urger Christians to vote with biblical values in mind and shortly after these ads ran, both the BGEA and the Samaritan's Purse were notified that they were being audited by the IRS.
Franklin Graham on May 14th sent a letter to Obama concering the targeting of the organizations he overseas telling the president that he believed someone in his administration was trying to target and intimidate his group and called it "morally wrong and unethical" and he didn't believe the IRS auditing them was a coincidence either. One of the spokes people for the BGEA Mark DeMoss told FOX that it was the first time in the 62 year history of the ministry that they had been audited and said "These certainly appear to be politically motivated since the ministry had run some newspaper ads- not mentioning any candidates- simply urging people to vote for candidates with biblical values"
The Baptist Biblical Recorder seems to have been targeted because of the interview it ran with Chick-Fil-A's president Dan Cathy who at the time supported traditional family and marriage and said his organization was "guilty as charged" in supporting the biblical view of marriage and family in the sense that marriage should only be between a man and a woman and we all know this created a huge firestorm amongst the LGBT community who saw this as threat to their efforts in getting marriage equality. Now while I completely disagreed with Cathy at the time and still do, I do support free speech and felt like the comments he made were blown way out of proportion especially by the corporate media and their minions who are very good at doing stuff like that as we all aware
Now after the interview the paper's editor Allan Blume began getting phone calls from the IRS and he told FOX that the calls definitely "raised some red flags and made me wonder why we were being targeted for an audit when we have been around since 1833 and have never been audited before. Putting it all together made me wonder"
Blume said the timing of the investigation right after the Cathy interview as well as the paper running ads from the BGEA appeared to be more than just some bizarre coincidence. He told FOX "There seems to be a very anti-Christian bias that has glowed into a lot of government agencies... oppression literally against Christian organizations and groups. It makes you wonder what's going on"

Youtube censors video exposing Angelina Jolie gene patent scam

Well I guess discussing corporate ownership of human genes is "commercially deceptive content" the video discussed was by Natural News editor and sometimes Infowars contributing writer and radio host Mike Adams covering the facts surrounding gene patents being owned by huge corporations and has been censored by youtube on the grounds that is "commercially deceptive"
The video was posted in Infowars.com this morning surrounding actress Angelina Jolie's double mastectomy and countless reports made reference to the BRCA1 gene for breast cancer. In the video Mr. Adams explains how this gene is owned by Myriad Genetics and in the article I shared here yesterday that he wrote as well explaining how these patents are all controlled by government enforced monopolies and thus prevents anyone from conducting this kind of research without shelling out huge sums of money to Myriad Genetics and shows how the BRCA1 tests cost around $3,000-$4,000 dollars each and following her statement, the stocks of Myriad Genetics went up to a 3 year high of $34.70 during trading on the NASDAQ before closing at $34.10 and the trading volume was well over 2.6 million shares exchanged which doubled the 3 month daily average of 1.1 million shares and thus Jolie's announcement was responsible for the trillions of dollars in profits going to the genetic patent industry..
In the video Mr. Adams called for Jolie as a public figure to denounce corporate ownership of human genes while I don't think she will given she is a globalist operative of the United Nations but still does not hurt to try and he also encouraged viewers to go on her facebook page and post messages asking her to stop our genetic enslavement and within the hour the video was taken down by Youtube and viewers now click on the video and see a static message showing that "This video has been removed as a violation of Youtube's policy against spam, scams and commercially deceptive contenet"
This is an excuse by them to not be associated with material they don't want to be part of. They used the same tactics to remove a video produced by Infowars concering a Family Guy episode that had disturbing ties to the Boston Marathon bombings and placed a strike against their channel and threatened to take it down. Infowars later appealed the decision showing it was not "commercially deceptive" and the strike was taken down. Mr. Adams video contained no deceptive content nor was he selling anything all he was doing was he was exposing a SCAM being foisted on the American people and all of free humanity from several large biotech companies

The Upcoming US supreme court rule on patent for the BRCA1 gene, the Jolie announcement has had 4 notable points such as It has terrified the hell out of women of fear of getting breast cancer through false stats(there is a graph to show this) and drove fear into anyone with breasts bascially
2) It caused women to get the BRCA1 gene test procedure and is patented by a for profit corporation known as Myriad Genetics and because of this patent the BRCA1 gene can cost a whopping $3,000-$4,000 dollars each and the testing is a multi-billion dollar market only if the patent is upheld in the upcoming Supreme Court case
3) It caused the stocks of Myriad Genetics to go sky high which was a 52 week high at 3% on tuesday following the NY times piece according to Marketwatch.com
4) It drove public opinion just in time for the US supreme court case about owning human genes...

IRS gave special treatment to Liberal Non-Profits, LA times hack lauds the IRS going after tea party groups

The IRS put out non profit status to dozens of leftist organizations while tea party and constitutional groups were left in the dust according to a report in USA Today. For more than year beginning in February 2010 the tax agency refused to approve tea party applications while approving on routine so called progressive organizations. the USA today published the following:
"-Bus For Progress, a New Jersey non-profit that used a red, white and blue bus to "drive progressive change" According to its website, its mission includes "support (for) progressive politicians with the courage to serve the people's interests and make tough choices" It got IRS approval as a social welfare group in April 2011
-Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment says it fights against corporate welfare and increasing minimum wage. "It would be fair to say we're on the progressive end of the spectrum-said executive director Jeff Ordower. He said the group got tax-exempt status in September 2011 in just nine months after a "pretty simple straightforward process"
-Progress Florida, granted tax exemption in January 2011, is lobbying Florida Legislature to expand Medicaid under a provision of the Affordable Care Act, one of President Obama's accomplishments. The group did not return phone calls. "We're busy fighting to build a more progressive Florida and cannot take your call right now"-the group's voice mail said"

A Scandal has erupted over the last while involving the IRS targeting Tea Party groups in regards to how they lean politically has been slammed as "intolerable and inexcusable" by Obama himself(which is a surprise) but the witch hunt has not ended there and has one supporter the LA Times's Michael Hiltzik.
In an article entitled the Real IRS scandal, Hiltzik downplays how "everyone is screaming about the "scandal" of the Internal Revenue Service going after conservative non-profits before giving them tax exemption status. For his gentleman who calls himself a "journalist" the fact that "political organizations are being allowed to masquerade as charities" is the real scandal and urges the IRS to "subject these outfits to scrutiny"
He goes on to gloss over the fact the IRS is deliberately going after groups based on their political backgrounds and dismissing the issue as a routine act of regulation on part of the federal tax agency
"Once again , now that the agency has tried to regulate, the regulated parties have blown its efforts up into a "scandal" he wrote and scoffing at claims that what the IRS was doing was "chilling" and or completely "un-American"
Let us remind ourselves of how the IRS targets political groups and individuals for audits and with holding tax exemption here are some examples listed in the article and they are:
"Whether "Tea Party, "Patriots" or 9/12 groups was referenced in the case file
-Whether the issues outlined in the application included government spending, government debt or taxes
Whether there was advocating or lobbying to "make America a better place to live"
Whether a statement in the case file criticized how the country is being run
Whether it advocated education about the Constitution and the Bill of Rights"
According to Hiltzik it is okay for the IRS to punish people with financial audits because they are bad for questioning and speaking out against the government and their policies and is not "chilling" at all and the fact that many liberal groups(like in the article above) got tax exemption no problem but Tea Party groups had to wait 27 months with many them saying screw it

Dr. Motls, Harvard Physicist on why we need to work harder on raising CO2 concentrations and Rand Paul attacks Libertarians

Judge orders singer Lauryn Hill for "conspiracy" re-education, told to undergo counseling for "conspiracy theories" that music industry strangles real talent

Ms Hill was sentenced to 3 months in prison yesterday and 3 months home confinement after she failed to pay a tax bill because she had withdrawn from society because of threats to her family. I remember last June Hill wrote a tumblr post complaining how the music industry was "manipulated and controlled by a media protected military industrial complex"
It has been highlighted on infowars.com that other recording artists have made it clear that anyone who does not conform to the strict demands of the music industry or even as Nicole Scherzinger recently remarked about having to sell their soul to satan himself, tends to find success difficult and hard to maintain in an industry that has punished people who dare have a bloody thought or speak their mind.
Over the years through performances and speeches, Ms. Hill has tried to warn people about how this "pop culture cannibalism" and the deliberate dumbing down of art and music is damaging to generations and turning them into mind control, passive consumers and destroying any inspiration and true creativity under the guise of profit.

This attempt to demonize dissenting voices as entered the political stream. In 2009 Psychology Today wrote a hit piece on Alex Jones(the founder of Infowars.com and Prisonplanet.com and of course Prisonplanet.tv and radio talk show host) as saying that anyone who believes in a secret cabal running the planet, which describes the Bilderberg group, has a mental disorder and also I have seen recently of reports where Floridians are being encouraged to spy and snitch on their neighbors to authorities if their neighbors make "hateful" comments towards government and target them for home visits by the cops and "mental health professionals"

Rural Ontario being sold off to China by our own government??

It is becoming clear our mayors here in Ontario are selling our land and resources out. It appears the endgame for all of this appears to be on track for our rural communities in this province with their horrific Agenda 21 Sustainable Development sneak attack on municipalities all over Ontario by de-valuing property, make them unsuitable for living with the scam known as Green Energy, raise the cost of living and when that is complete, sign on to a foreign government so they can bid on it like yesterday's steak. There are documents called the "Immigrant Placement" within Southwestern Ontario and clearly follows these policies and there is an excerpt in the article showing just how much the government thinks of you regular joe Canadian: "Cleary, a chinese immigrant possesses an advantage here over the typical Canadian" Is there any reason why 7 mayors of Ontario's rural towns have been "invited" to go on this so called investment tour of China for 10 days when the private sector corporations have gone this way over the last several years at the expense of their own market. This all started back in October at the Canada Business China Business Council in Markham, Ontario where 13 Ontario mayors attended what is being described as a sales pitch by Chinese reps to lure them to China to negotiate over LAND available... wait for it... CANADA!!!!!!!!!!
These people are supposed to represent us not the interests of foreign governments, the mega-corporations/private/foreign/domestic banks that have highjacked Canada, the United States and Europe(where they openly have bragged they conquered)
Agenda 21 is not liked in municipal offices these days as more people are becoming aware of the green tyranny associated with this going on behind closed doors and that the goal is to de-populate rural Ontario(and other areas of this country and the world who have signed on to United Nations Agenda 21 Sustainable Development) and councillors seem to be agitated when asked the tough questions regarding this. So if any of you want to, call your local municipal office and ask them if they are following UN Agenda 21 local government initiatives and of course you will be met with denial and when pushed "aggressively" hang up but if you cross this ask the Council if they have the book FCM's Green Municipal Fund" and again the excerpts are highlighted showing that they are following this and even has the words "Local Agenda 21 plans" in the bloody document!!!
This whole thing has nothing to do with the environment at all. BY using the fraud of man made climate change as the "crisis du jour" this aims at controlling every aspect of our lives and totally pisses on our rights guaranteed by our creator and the people who founded this country to ensure we are a free and democratic nation. There are numerous articles showing from one think tank especially from the Centre for International Governance Innovation and other articles talking about the Mayor/Chinese situation

China's Virus program criticism ignores similar threats posed by West, Democrats set to use terror watch list to demonize 2nd Amendment

According to a report yesterday May 2nd in the Independent, scientists are pissed off at China for engaging in dangerous influenza virus research. The chinese researchers according to these scientists say that is "appalling irresponsibility" and state that there is a danger of the newly created lab strain of bird-flu mixed with human flu could cause a huge pandemic and kill millions of people.
Lord May of Oxford, who also is a former British scientist and president of the Royal Society, also slammed the Chinese effort: "They claim they are doing this to help develop vaccines and such like. In fact the real reason is that they are driven by blind ambition with no commonsense whatsoever. The record of containment in labs like this is not reassuring. They are taking it upon themselves to create human-to-human transmission of very dangerous viruses. It's appallingly irresponsible"-May said
Lord May's concern however ignores an equally dangerous bio lab containment issues here in the West.
In march of this year. the Government of Accountability Office warned that federal officials have not developed good enough standards for bio lab design, operation and construction. the GAO reports follow on that was done by the USDA inspector that found numerous violations within bio-terror labs that were ignored for many years. Prior to this the government criticized the Center for Disease Control(CDC) and Prevention Labs for not securing bio agents like anthrax for an example
New warnings were issued about poor government standards were issued when a rare Venezuelan virus went missing from a University of Texas Medical Branch bio-lab located in Galveston Island, Texas. The lab was designed under strict security measures to hold deadly viruses such as this in the US according to an ABC news report. Furthermore, this lab was built despite the fact the gulf areas like Texas are prone to tropical storm and hurricane strikes
But of course the government does not give a rat's ass about that fact when they have built these bio-labs. For example the Department of Homeland Security(DHS) announced last year they were going to build a high risk bio-weapons research facility on the campus of Kansas State University in Manhattan despite it being near an earthquake fault line

Following the failure of the Manchin-Toomey in the senate and the bombings of Boston(which were a total false flag) Anti-gun activist and NY rep. Carolyn Maloney was on MSNBC this week claiming the Boston Bombings could have been prevented despite the fact bombs were used

The democrat failed to note the the alleged bombers of Boston, did not have gun permits as been reported in the media and probably got their guns illegally (a 9mm) though we are told Dzhokar Tsarnaev was heavily armed, he did not have one when he was arrested following the Boston-Watertown, Mass. lockdown
So it is clear to me the establishment is taking full advantage of Tamerlan Tsarnaev's presence on terror watch lists as an excuse to demonize law-abiding gun owners and frankly I think it is quite disgusting and appalling and is completely disrespects the victims and their families of the Boston Bombings by pulling bullshit like this.

Man gets arrested for drinking ICED TEA out of a CAN!!!

A youtube video captured a power hungry security guard accusing a 24 year old man of drinking booze in the parking lot of a liquor store and arresting him of course the kicker is the man was drinking Arizona brand Half and Half Ice Tea
The rapper known as Xstrav or Christopher Beatty and his friend Tony Brown waited at the parking lot of Cumberland County ABC Liquor Store in Fayetteville, North Carolina and plainly clothed officers walked up to Beatty and demanded to know what he was drinking naturally Beatty was taking aback but showed the man identified as a "cop" to read the label but didn't allow the man to hold or take a sip of the drink
Then the man professing to be a cop asks Beatty to leave the property for trespassing even though he was there in the parking lot waiting to make a future purchase. The video shows the undercover cop not identifying himself as a cop before he questions Beatty and quickly flashes what may be a badege for 3 seconds before demanding the guy place his hands on his own damn car.
He was not read his rights or even told what the so called charge was for what the arrest was for, the security guard just handcuffs him while someone walking around the parking lot was clearly drunk and violating well known laws regarding being drunk in public
This is an example of abuse of authority and it is truly disgusting.. all because he was drinking ICE TEA!!! this is also another example of the nanny state going after innocent people for absolute bullshit such as this story here.
