New York governor Andrew Cuomo says the state of New York is dead serious about taking away law abiding citizens their right to bear arms. The Democrat and former secretary of Housing and Urban Development told and Albany radio station he plans to propose this insane draconian legislation during his State of the State address next month and also said that confiscation could be an option as well and claims he understands the rights of gun owners and hunters.. EXCUSE ME??? the second amendment was put in there so that citizens could rise up against a TYRANNICAL OUT OF CONTROL GOVERNMENT!!!!!!!!! shows how completely ignorant he is as well.
