A Man Named Autumn Complains

The refusal to provide service to the Complainant was based on the Complainant’s transgender status. The Respondents denied [Scardina] equal enjoyment of a place of public accommodation.... Parties hereby are ordered ... to proceed to attempt amicable resolution of these charges by compulsory mediation.

Phillips’ Lawsuit Phillips’ attorneys at the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) filed suit against the Colorado officials Tuesday, noting something curious about Scardina’s complaint. He called Masterpiece the very same day the Supreme Court agreed to hear Phillips’ case about the homosexual wedding cake: June 26, 2017. Scardina’s call was no accident, the lawsuit says:

Some Colorado citizens, emboldened by the state’s prosecution of Phillips [in the first case] have targeted him. On the same day that the Supreme Court announced it would hear Phillips’s case, a Colorado lawyer called his shop and requested a cake designed with a blue exterior and pink interior, which the caller said would visually depict and celebrate a gender transition. YouTube has not released a full list of subjects it intends to “fact check” but its partner Wikipedia lists global warming, Dulce Base, the 1980 Camarate air crash, FEMA camps, the Kecksburg UFO incident, and connections between vaccines and autism as subjects that may be affected.

This means that Google and YouTube now put climate-change skepticism in the same camp with conspiracy theorists, which is not surprising but still galling.

Climate alarmists love the new development. “I’d guess that it will have some influence, at least on those people who don’t know much about the subject,” said the director of the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication, Anthony Leiserowitz. “Might be confusing to some people, but that’s probably better than just accepting the denier video at face value.”

Disgusting and evil: FDA buys fresh aborted baby parts from company facing criminal charges

And to get these “fresh human tissues” in order “to create chimeric animals” with human immune systems, the FDA chose ABR because it is allegedly “the only company in the U.S. capable of supplying tissue suitable for HM research. No other company or organization is capable of fulfilling the need.” The tissue is specifially obtained from babies killed in elective abortions, as stated by Harvard To sum up, human beings are being killed by Planned Parenthood and its cohorts, so that the FDA can do its “research” to purportedly “help people,” using a company referred for criminal charges. Not only is Planned Parenthood getting taxpayer dollars to do this, but the FDA is also funded by the government (a.k.a. taxpayers). CNS News writes, “In fiscal 2018, the NIH—which is a separate entity from the FDA but also a part of the Department of Health and Human Services–estimates it will spend $103 million on human fetal tissue research. In fiscal 2017, it spent $98 million.”

Live Action News noted in a previous article that documentation provided to Congress proves that “Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR) paid $240 to Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest for ‘four fetuses,’ then turned around and charged $6,825 for twenty ‘specimens’ from those aborted babies. To encourage brewers to lower their prices, the Premier formally launched the ‘Buck-a-Beer Challenge.’ Any brewer who agrees to lower their prices on or after August 27 will, for a limited time throughout the year, receive LCBO promotional considerations such as limited-time discounts, in-store displays on end aisles and shelf extenders, or advertising in LCBO flyers and newspaper inserts.

“The days of the government putting its hand in your pocket each time you buy a two-four or six-pack is over,” said Ford. “Instead we’re going to do what we said we would do and put Ontario 

• The minimum retail price for beer was $1.00 in Ontario from 2005 to 2008.
• In 2008 the previous government decided to ban Buck-a-Beer by setting a higher minimum price and today the retail price floor sits at $1.25.
• Annual indexing for all packaged beer will be suspended to maintain the $1.00 minimum floor price over time.
• ‘Buck-a-Beer’ will not apply to draft beer sold in restaurants and bars or ciders, spirits and wine.“
