Canada,US Mexico reach deal but we still have the steel and aluminium tariffs

https://www.spencerfernando.com/2018/10/01/fail-despite-usmca-deal-tariffs-on-canadian-steel-aluminum-are-still-in-place/ US,Canada and Mexico have a new agreement on trade and we avoided major disaster to our auto industry since they did conced on dairy which Maxim Bernier said that should have been on the table but he was laughed at in parliament for suggesting it but despite all this the steel and aluminum tariffs are still in place and the we have a cap on auto imports as well. Given how badly the establishment left in our government mishandled the negations I am surprised we even got a deal so to me this was just to avoid crisis and make themselves look good but for now at least the shitshow is over and perhaps we can focus on other things like our oil and gas industry and getting the radical environmentalists hands off of it
