Wienstien sites the 6 seismologists in Italy who were convicted of manslaughter in 2009 after they failed to connect a series of tremors that led to the tragic earthquake that killed 309 people, arguing public figures who dare question the scientific establishment should face similar punishment

"Those denialists should face jail. They should face fines. They should face lawsuits from the classes of people whose lives and livelihoods are most threatened by denialists tactics" barks Weinstein

Demanding that, "malcontents must be punished and stopped", Weinstein asserts that disagreeing with the content of the establishment scientific journals who over and over gain have been caught data rigging and continue to promote the myth of man made climate change is not covered by the First Amendment, arguing skeptics be "punished for your self serving malice"

What is next?? People who oppose Obamacare are the cause of illness and death for people who are poor and cannot afford medical insurance. I guess they should be thrown in jail too for questioning their Dear Leader???

Weinstein's screed emerged days before the UN IPCC report released today which warns of the typical dooms day crap if humanity does not sacrifice our freedoms, prosperity and happiness which the greatest liberator of man kind CO2 based energy has given us and something that should be celebrated not demonized like the PR stunt that is Earth Hour which celebrates holding back the 3rd world from life saving development using their cheap reliable sources of energy like coal, oil and gas

Those cells are multiplied in a lab using a medium that acts as an artificial blood to grow muscle"

The company has a few famous folks in line from James Franco, Jennifer Lawrence, Kanye West and Ellen Degeneres, and even recipes they believe compliment their personalities"

The end result, BiteLabs testifies is a "high quality, luxury protein, in a sustainable manner that eliminates the environmental and ethical concerns associated with traditional livestock production"

There is a video posted of their promo and while eating human flesh sounds rather cannablistic, Bite Labs claims its meat will be free of "animal cruelty, waste and from the environmental impacts of industrial farming" and is the next step in food evolution

"In 1931, Winston Churchill predicted a future in which all the world's meat would be grown in labs; what, he asked, was the sense in raising a whole chicken merely for the sake of its wings or breast meant?... Today In Vitro meat production is close to becoming a reality"

This idea is insane, wrong and totally disgusting but using horrific ingredients to produce these foods is even more nauseating. Last month, scientists in Spain found "The trick to making sausage healthier maybe baby poop" Live Science reported: " Bacteria from baby poop can help make delicious sausages, which could transform them into health foods much like probiotic yogurt, according to new research"

And remember in 2011 when Japanese scientists announced their success in creating burgers out of human shit???

In an even more horrific story, Hospitals in the UK were caught using aborted and miscarried babies by burning their remains as "clinical waste" with some being used to power hospitals in the UK, a policy that has been defended by the radical environmentalists trendies as "sustainable recycling"

The London Telegraph reported: "Ten NHS trusts have admitted burning foetal remains alongside other rubbish while two others used the bodies in 'waste-to-energy' plants which generate power for heat" The revelations emerged as a result of a Channel 4 Dispatches program that was broadcast on Monday which found 15,000 babies were incinerated.

The program exposed the fact parents who lost their babies were being treated without compassion and were not even told what would happen to the remains of their dead children.

Following this horrible practice, The Department of Health put an instant ban on this policy with Health minister Dr. Dan Poulter labeling it "totally unacceptable"

This story represents the lunacy of the anti-life crowd and the pushers of the man made global warming/climate change myth with some taking to twitter to announce their SUPPORT FOR THIS "practice" saying it was an "efficient and effective" means of recycling(and there is a screen shot of the tweet in the article)

Another respondent to the Telegraph story remarked" If the unwanted remains can be used for a worth-wile purpose, such as heat generators. then they should be. That's the very essence of sustainability"characterizing the dead babies as "unwanted medical waste"

Another repondent to this Infowars story asserted: "I don't get what the problem is; it's recycling and more economical than using, say, nuclear power or electricity"

Also many other respondents to the Telegraph story made the point that burning these children is not surprising given the practice of abortion is treated with reckless abandon. "Once people decide that unborn children are less than human what do you expect" said one

This revelation bolsters the argument that the NHS should be privatized. Many folks in Britain have defended government run health care with almost a religious like fervor, unaware it is no free and costs around 1000 british pounds(around $1700) in taxes every year

New Lawsuit filed against USDA over missing docs showing dangers of GMOs and interesting Sandy Hook developments

For many concerned about GMOs you are probably wondering how government agencies could ignore facts about GMO dangers. There was a lawsuit filed on March 12th 2014 by the Center for Food Safety(CFS) demanding that federal documents be released which could incriminate the United States Department of Agriculture over findings that showed that there were issues with GMOs, while withholding this information from the public and this was filed at the US District Court for the District of Columbia you can view this in the link posted


The lawsuit claims that political pressure was asserted on the FDA to approve genetically engineered alfalfa. It seeks 1179 documents from the USDA's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service(APHIS) which explain the agency's reversal of a decision to deny GMOs, more specifically Roundup Ready alfalfa, being promoted by Monsanto

According to CFS director Andrew Kimball:

"USDA determined Monsanto's Roundup Ready alfalfa posed significant envrionmental and economic harms and initially proposed placing restrictions on it. Yet the agency went ahead and granted full unrestricted approval one month later. Did the White House intervene? Did Monsanto pressure the agency? The fact is we don't know, and unless the court orders the USDA to hand over these documents we may never know"

In 2005, APHIS gave Monsanto free reign to sell their gm alfalfa under the Roundup Ready name and the next year, CFS, along with a group of farmers, challenged this approval. And even though Monsanto did its damnedest to intervene, the courts sided with the Center for Food Safety. APHIS was ordered to complete a thorough analysis of the GMO crops' impact on farmers and the environment before making a decision.

Monsanto did get their way after they appealed to the Supreme Court even though APHIS showed significant damage to agronomics and the environment at large and the report even said that it should be restricted

I should note back in 2011 APHIS reversed their decision in favor of Monsanto ignoring all their own data showing this crop was bad for the environment. They said they also didn't have a choice.

So very interesting indeed and will be something to watch over the next while

Well a few weeks ago and I totally forgot to talk about this but according to Wolfgang Halbig, a former educator, US customs agent and Florida state trooper, has reached over 10 months of investigation that Sandy Hook was a giant fraud and that no one actually died and even after having disputes with federal, state and school authorities

Halbig says that he is convinced that the deluge of inconsistencies and discrepancies prove the whole scenario was a scripted event

In an interview he did with the American Free Press said: ".. I suspect, in my professional opinion as a consultant and doing this for a long,long time, I think it's a scripted event that took place. I think it was in planning for maybe, two, two and a half years" there is also a video of an interview he did as well if you want to check it out

Halbig is not your average "conspiracy theorist" in fact he is not one at all. His job is to help schools prevent incidents like the one that happened in Newtown. In order to do that, he needs to know what exactly happened at Sandy Hook which makes sense clearly. He said in a frustrated tone: "How do I tell people how to make their school safer when we don't have the truth  about Sandy Hook""See, there is a nexus, I do this for a living"

But school, state and federal officials aren't making his job easy and even the state has threatened him for meddling in their affairs

"They were in plain clothes-Halbig recalled-describing a visit he got from Lake County homicide investigators. "They introduced themselves, they showed me their identification, their badges and and they basically said "We need to have a conversation and I said" Well come on, sit down, make yourself comfortable" and then they read off my resume. I mean they did a lot of homework... Basically the next thing they said was if I don't stop, the Connecticut state police were going to file charges and recommended that I hire an attorney"

The retired principal, however, affirms he is in the right. "I said there is no way in the world I'm going to hire an attorney, because I'm following the procedures of the Connecticut state Freedom of Information Act. I mean, if anybody ought to be arrested, I said you tell those guys they ought to be arrested for failing to comply with the law of Connecticut"

He also said they treated him in a threatening manner stating: "If I don't comply that bad things are going to happen to me" Anyhow, Halbig says, like any homicide investigation, Sandy Hook is a giant puzzle but one which the public has not been given all the pieces to solve.

"[T]his crime that was committed is a puzzle and no one can show me the pieces to put together to finish this puzzle. They don't fit no matter how hard you try.. your listeners will not be able to put this puzzle together"-Halbig attested to host David Gahary

There are a lot of unanswered questions for Halbig for instance why in the aftermath of the shootings were no medical helicopters summoned?

"Think about it: you have 20 children, 6 staff members who were supposed to have been shot. They're seriously injured. Where's the trauma helicopters? those are the quickest and the best medical services that any child or any school staff member can receive, and no trauma helicopters were ever requested?"

Halbig even called LifeStar emergency services who confirmed they were never called that morning to go: [T]hey said 'Mr Halbig were never requested on that morning. We were shocked and surprised, we were ready, we thought we were going to Sandy Hook' They had helicopters ready to go, but they were never asked.. Here's my premise... there wasn't anybody to be treated"

Halbig also questions why EMT and firefighters , who were minutes away from the scene. were prevented from entering the school and possibly saving lives, and additionally,he wants to know how, within the first 11 minutes America was already given a death toll

"Who declared all those 26 people dead within the first 11 minutes? Connecticut law states that only a doctor can declare them legally dead"
More interesting Halbig says that the FBI classifying this school shooting report is something he has never seen in his entire career. "I can tell you [out of] all the school shootings, never has an FBI agency ever classified an investigative report on a school shooting"

Also what is baffling to not only Halbig but myself included is why was Sandy Hook bulldozed? Even the shootings in Columbine, whose crime scene Halbig assisted with in which he testified as a key witness, the school was cleaned up, but was never torn down

Also according to Halbig, no one could tell him which environmental company cleaned up the bloody mess, or who installed the school's security system, all things his job would require him to know

He has other interesting questions such as: Why was there a registered nurse found in the building four hours after the shooting? Why was there a sign flashing"Everyone must sign in?" Why were there port-a-potties on site within three hours? Why were children surrounded by officers and sent back into rooms supposedly covered in dead bodies? How did someone who some say had Asperger's(which is where I am diagnosed on the autism spectrum but will note that autistics are more likely to be victims of crime than to actually commit them but any how and it is believed he was on brain altering drugs that on record can cause violent outbursts amongst other things) carry the large amount of ammunitions Lanza supposedly carried? Why did no parents file a lawsuit against the school, when in every other school shooting there have been lawsuits filed? "The things [we're] talking about... they should never offend any parent.. These are simple questions that we as homicide investigators, we need to know and we should know"

Altogether, from the evidence collected by him and the analysis of it, Halbig concludes that this was a massive coverup
"Absolutely... It is... when you refuse to respond to simple requests, something is not right"

The next step legally, Halbig says, would be to hire attorneys and depose the key players of the investigation because "The only way you're going to get the truth is by getting them to raise their right hands""[I]f you lie in a deposition and if you're caught in that lie, there's a lot of things that you can lose, you can go to jail, you can lose your retirement..." warns the safety consultant

When he was asked if he feels his life could be at risk if the cover up goes all the way to the White House, Halbig says he is not fearful because he's led a rich life, but that for him, people showing up and knocking on his door was the final straw.

"Here is the problem and this was got me fired up even more, is when they start bringing people to my house"

Halbig said that he was going to travel to Newtown, Conn and scope out the crime scene and wants to plan a Sandy Hook event in Orlando, Flordia and says he won't stop until he gets answers

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police are acting like their own authority to re-classify, ban and confiscate certain rifles contemptible actions for which Canadian citizens have no recourse.

Last Wednesday, the RCMP made damn good on their past threats and turned tens of thousands of thousands of law abiding canadians into bloody criminals when they re-classified the Swiss Arms Classic Green carbine, a Swiss made rifle featuring military style characteristics, declaring it "prohibited" even the though this model has been sold in Canada since 2000. Until Monday, the Canadian feds in true fashion had not even offered an amnesty period for gun owners to turn in their newly illegal weapons

Though these rifles cost from anywhere from $3,000 to $4,000 bucks the Canadian government has made no indication it intends to compensate, purchase or otherwise reimburse gun owners, or gun shops, for their surrendered firearms.

On Friday, after Canada's Public Safety Minister had publicly stated he would "take action" against the assault on law-abiding citizens' rights, the Mounties again banned another gun, a Canadian version of the CZ 858, which had been specifically modified to meet domestic laws. Troubling to Canadians is how the RCMP banned these guns without the authorization of elected officials. "The elected government of the day had already made clear it did not want to go this route. the Mounties did it anyway-reported Sun News's Brian Lilley

"It is a dark day when police, not the people's elected representatives, can suddenly transform thousands of ordinary, law-abiding Canadians into criminals with the stroke of a bureaucratic pen" wrote Lorne Gunter of the Winnipeg Sun. Gunter explains, the High River gun grab of June 2013 set the precedent for gun confiscation. Mirroring what happened in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina,  Mounties in the wake of the tragic floods "decided arbitrarily to break into the homes of nearly 2,000 law-abiding residents and strip the places of guns because they feared residents' anger might be turned on police or politicians once the town's forced evacuation was lifted"

"The government needs to rein in the Mounties or they will find they're no longer in control" Lilly declared and he added: "That means the government not only needs to override the decree from the Mounties, but strip of them of any power they have or think they have to do this again"

One gun shop owner told CBC News that Mounties are disarming citizens to have a monopoly on force. "There is a movement within the RCMP and they don't like to see guns in the hands of anybody but themselves" Also Sun News reported that Canadian gun owners who refuse to give up their guns can face three years in jail

The real irony is the RCMP's ban and confiscation is they are going after a gun the Swiss government actually entrusts their own citizens to arm themselves which illustrates the RCMP and our own government in Canada's absolutely callous disregard for our rights in this country and it is truly appalling to see that as a Canadian myself that they can abuse our rights in such draconian fashions like this.

Also the article notes that on Yesterday's edition of the Alex Jones Show, a caller phone Mr. Jones that he was taking action on the RCMP's gun ban and confiscation agenda by calling the RCMP offices directly. A U.S. Federal judge ruled that Chevron should not have to pay a $9.5 billion in damages to victims of oil pollution in Ecuador is a victory and here is a why

1) It was not about David Vs. Goliath though that is how the biased left wing media portrayed it as: a plucky maverick lawyer from New York Steven Donzinger, representing the thousands of Ecuadorean natives whose forest lands were polluted and the other oil giant Chevron who is the 3rd largest company in the United States

if anyone was being harassed according to Delingpole it was Chevron themselves. Donzinger knew it was nearly impossible for an oil company to get a fair trial in world where it has been brainwashed by propaganda from the radical environmentalists and Chevron knew it as well and it was their chief executive John S. Watson(no relation to eco-fascist Paul Watson of the Sea Shepherd ship)  and fought it the whole way

2. Chevron did nothing wrong as the damage that was done was in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s in the Oriente region of Ecuador by Texaco and another company called Petroecuador. Texaco had reached a settlement agreement with the Ecuadorian government where it paid well over $40 million to clear up the 37% of oil damage in which they took full responsibility for and the rest was supposed to be taken care of by the national Ecuadorian oil company but they did not clean up its fair share of the mess

Also Chevron never drilled in Ecuador but when one of their subsidiary absorbed Texaco in 2001 it became a target by the radical environmentalists who still held Texaco partly responsible despite thefact they cleaned up their share but the other company did not

3. The case against Chevron was a rigged game from the start as in 2011, an Ecuadorian court ordered Chevron to pay $19 billion dollars in damages to the native people allegedly poisoned by the oil spills and this was reduced by the Ecuadorian National Council of Justice to the tune of $9.5 billion. Chevron did appeal on the grounds that the case was a total complete utter fraud-extortion of "greenmail" pretending to be concerned for the environment and was confirmed by US District Judge Lewis Kaplan in a 500 page ruling which is linked in the article

4. As I mentioned you can read the judge's ruling and he was quoted as saying: "This case is extraordinary. The facts are many and sometimes complex. They include things that normally come out of Hollywood..."

Indeed. What Kaplan concluded beyond reasonable doubt that the Donzinger case was a full of crap, filled with corruption and deceit. The initial expert assessments of the damage had been conducted by a man driving by the pollution sites at 50 miles an hour and the supposedly neutral and independent expert testimony was written by a US environmental company in the pay of Donzinger, the presiding judge had been bribed with well over $500,000, the judge's decision was written for him by the plaintiffs and Ecuador's left wing president Rafeal Correa- who was a close ally of the late Hugo Chavez of Venezuela-had cheer led this affair

5) Donzinger had a shaky past when he wrote in an email: "I feel like I have over to the dark side? what may have caused this we don't know but he did go to Harvard Law School with globalist puppet Obama and apparently played basketball together

6) Green Greed on the part of not only Donzinger who stood to profit a $600 million dollar pay day from this lawsuit but other companies like Burford Capital(which was going to invest $15 million to help fund the case in return for %5.545 of the $9.5 billion proceeds- but pulled out, having only "invested" $4 million after it smelled a rat. Also the large left wing Washington lobbyist and law firm Patton Boggs also stood to make serious cash from this affair- whose future may be in deep shit no doubt causing chagrin across the Republicans in DC

2 years ago, partner James E. Tyrell Jr. told a Washington District court: "If someone seriously suggests that [the] 50 year old law firm of Patton Boggs would wreck, would risk its professional reputation for a group of Ecuadorans whose case we feel strongly about, that we would be involved in a broad fraud, I suggest whoever might believe that: I have a bridge in New York I might like to try and sell them"

Where is the bridge Jr.??

7) The green parasites who were in the ruling is a Colorado based environmental consulting firm- regularly employed by various branches of government-called Stratus Consulting. The original case as pointed out by Delingpole in Ecuador required an independent environmental expert with impartial advice on how much pollution Texaco caused and how much they needed to pay to clean it up in damages. Supposedly this work was done by a local expert by the name of Caberera. However, on Dozinger's instructions, Cabrera's testimony was written for him by Stratus-which went on to cover up this fact by writing in the first person and then having the words translated into Spanish. It was Stratus that came came up with the insane damages figure of $16.3 billion!!!

Then in order to make Cabrera's "independent" assessment look more plausible, Stratus fired of a series of criticisms of the report(which they bloody wrote themselves keep in mind) which could then be put to Cabrera by the plaintiffs, so they could pretend to attack the man in court for not going far enough

So anyone familiar with the numerous environmental consultant groups which have come up to sign up on the never ending green money machine will know this behavior is typical and Stratus was exposed for it in court no less

8) The complicit mainstream media: If it is green it has to be good right?? wrong. There have been numerous articles about the Chevron/Ecuador story in the New Yorker, Vanity Fair, Bloomberg Business Week and each more sympathetic to the scum Donzinger than to Chevron

The same can be said for all establishment globalist run media from the NY Times, Telegraph, Guardian to the Huffington Post. It is not lazy journalism. It is a reminder just how our media is so enamored with the green propaganda machine

9) Renting celebrities to do their dirty work like Mia Farrow,  Sting, Trudy Styler and Darryl Hannah. Popular stars and rich people in movies: Is there anything they don't do to support the eco-fascists who want us to live like a 3rd world nation???

10) Big Green groups gave the illusion of diverse and committed support: Amazon Watch and Rainforest Action Network supported the campaign against Chevron. So did the Sierra Club
Michael Brune praised Donzinger as if he was some kind of god in this quote: "I have tremendous professional respect for Steven. He is the driving force behind what is probably the most important environmental lawsuit in the world seeking to hold an oil company accountable for its actions"

11) Green Hubris: none of this would have seen the light of day in Court had Donzinger had not made a huge fatal mistake. In not so surprising act of complete callousness and arrogance, he decided to turn his legal adventures into a Michael Moore style documentary portraying himself as someone kind of superhero wading through a corrupt legal system, battling against cruel, powerful and heartless oil company,  on behalf of the ordinary folks of Ecuador- The move premiered at the Sundance Festival. Donzinger was delusional to think that this so called independent(though it was really not) movie be used as evidence could not be used in court. Judge Kaplan thought differently and got a hold of the 600 hour footage. This allowed the court to demonstrate some entertaining contrasts between what Donzinger had said about the Ecuadorian legal system-ie the decision being reliable- and what he had said about it in the outtakes from the movie known as CRUDE which I have seen on Itunes in their documentary section

"They're all corrupt! It's-it's their birthright to be corrupt"
"These judges are not really very bright"
"I've never seen such utter weakness. It's the same kind of weakness that leads to corruption"

It was however Donzinger orchestrating the corruption in this case

The reason this case was important was it did not nearly happen. Though environmental whackjobs like Michael Mann, James Hansen and Al Gore often claim their enemies are being paid by big oil when its the green groups like Greenpeace getting money from big oil.

Few corporations have pumped money into environmental causes as Big Oil companies- Shell sponsoring the Guardian's environmental pages, BP investing in renewables as part of their Beyond Petroleum rebranding under CEO Lord Browne- because they have been running scared of the green movement as they are big enough to wear the costs of draconian green regulations because it "suits them" to greenwash their image clearly

Which is why it was a good thing for Chevron's CEO John S Watson to fight this case. It represents a victory for a company that clearly did nothing wrong in the first place but got sucked in to all as a result of their subsidiary absorbing Texaco as earlier mentioned but also a victory for non-criminal capitalism and are so damn tired so rarely we see someone growing a pair and standing up for itself.

For too long as I and others have documented it has been held hostage by a bunch of criminal, anti-human anti-freedom and anti-capitalist agenda being given respect from high end law firms to Hollywood and fake green groups pretending to give a shit, expert scientists, so called independent filmakers and a controlled and corrupt mainstream media who give these pieces of trash the time of day

Sometimes they have gotten away with their crap but this time the good guys fought back and won
