A Russian newspaper reported today that Tamerlan Tsarnaev attended a workshop by the CIA sponsored Jamestown Foundation and it cites documents from the Counterintelligence Department Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia confirming the NGO "Fund of Caucasus" held workshops in the Summer of 2012 and that Tsarnaev attended.
Tsarnaev in 2012 spent time in Dagestan, a region that neighbors Chechyna. The FBI interviewed him and found no threat at all and the DHS secretary Janet Napolitano said they were aware of the trip and Secretary of State John Kerry stated that Tsarnaev's return from Russia was "with a willingness to kill people"
The Caucasus fund was established in November 2008 following the Georgian-Ossetian conflict. the Main purpose according to Izvestia, the Russian newspaper was to "recruit young people and intellects of the North Caucasus to enhance instability and extremism in the Southern regions of Russia"

This son of a bitch also heads up the American Committee for Peace in Chechyna and NGO based at Freedom House and the National Endowment for Peace which is another CIA front intended for colour revolutions to overthrow governments and It has gotten money from Soros, the CIA's Ford Foundation and others that run fake humanitarian missions and other revolts in former Russian states
This reveal of this is the missing link to the anti-Russian CIA backed NGO to Tsarnaev's whereabouts in 2012 is huge but again do not expect the corrupt mainstream media to give no credence at all..
