here are some excerpts from this bombshell report from the Justice Centre in Canada which I highly recommend you share with your friends and family anywhere here goes:" The Justice Centre represents churches and individuals who are challenging government lockdown restrictions in the Court of Queen’s Bench as unjustified violations of the Charter freedoms to associate, worship, and assemble peacefully. The hearing commenced on May 3, 2021 and is continuing this week.

The onus is on the Manitoba Government to justify its restrictions on Charter rights and freedoms as being reasonable, necessary and beneficial.

One of the crucial issues in this trial is the operation and reliability of the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test that is used by governments across Canada, including the Manitoba Government, to diagnose Covid and measure its spread.

The Westphalian Times explains PCR tests as follows:

The current COVID testing is based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR) – “a fast and inexpensive technique used to ‘amplify’ – copy – small segments of DNA.” Many internationally recognized experts on virology and PCR testing are questioning if the tests have been made overly sensitive and many positives are the result of long dead and no longer contagious virus or even contamination in labs. PCR testing was invented to find genetic viral material in a sample and has not traditionally been used as the sole method for identifying people suffering from a viral or bacterial disease. 

COVID testing is typically performed using a nasopharyngeal swab, a 6-inch long swab inserted deep into the nostril. The swab is rotated for a while and then it is sent to a lab where a PCR test will dramatically amplify the amount of genetic material captured and then compare it to the DNA or RNA of a particular segment of the COVID virus (reference RNA). 

To get enough genetic material to test, the PCR process increases the genetic material present by copying it and then copying it again, over and over. Each of these increasing steps is called a “cycle” and the genetic material in the solution is reacted against the reference DNA to determine a positive.  If the sample contains a large amount of COVID virus it will react positive after only a few cycles, while a sample with small amounts of genetic material will require more cycles to amplify enough genetic material to get a positive result.

Since the PCR test amplifies traces of COVID-19 through cycles, a lower number of cycles needed to get a positive suggests the presence of a higher viral load for the person being tested and therefore a higher contagion potential.

The number of cycling required to identify viral material in a given sample is called the cycle threshold (Ct).

The Justice Centre’s expert medical witnesses, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, world-famous epidemiologist and Professor of Medicine from Stanford University, and Dr. Thomas Warren, infectious disease specialist and medical microbiologist, both provided evidence that the PCR test is unreliable in determining whether a person is infectious with the actual Covid-19 disease.

Chief Microbiologist and Laboratory Specialist Dr. Jared Bullard is a witness for the Manitoba government in this hearing. Questioned under oath by Justice Centre lawyers on Monday May 10, Dr. Bullard acknowledged that the PCR test has significant limitations. The head of Cadham Provincial Laboratory in Winnipeg, Dr. Bullard admitted that PCR test results do not verify infectiousness, and were never intended to be used to diagnose respiratory illnesses.

Dr. Bullard testified that PCR tests can be positive for up to 100 days after an exposure to the virus, and that PCR tests do nothing more than confirm the presence of fragments of viral RNA of the target SARS CO-V2 virus in someone’s nose. He testified that, while a person with Covid-19 is infectious for a one-to-two week period, non-viable (harmless) viral SARS CO-V2 fragments remain in the nose, and can be detected by a PCR test for up to 100 days after exposure.

Dr. Bullard testified that the most accurate way to determine whether someone is actually infectious with Covid is to attempt to grow a cell culture in the lab from a patient sample. If a cell culture will not grow the virus in the lab, a patient is likely not infectious. A study from Dr. Bullard and his colleagues found that only 44% of positive PCR test results would actually grow in the lab.

Dr. Bullard’s findings call into question the practice used in Manitoba (and elsewhere in Canada) of the results of classifying positive PCR tests as “cases,” which implies infectivity. Equating positive PCR tests to infectious cases, as so many provinces have done over the course of the past 13 months, is incorrect and inaccurate, according to this Manitoba Government witness.

Dr. Bullard acknowledged that he has been closely studying the correlation between Cycle threshold (Ct) value and infectiousness since at least May 7, 2020. Dr. Bullard acknowledged that Manitoba has known for some time that a given PCR test’s Ct value is inversely correlated with infectiousness. This means that testing for Covid at higher threshold levels can result in false positives as explained in this article. Even the World Health Organization (WHO) notes that careful interpretation of weak positive results is needed.

Weak results are those run at higher thresholds (more cycles). For example, someone with a positive PCR test that is run at 18 cycles is more likely to be sick and infectious than someone who has a test run at a Ct value of 40.

Dr. Bullard confirmed this was one of the first studies of its kind linking Ct value to infectiousness, and his study confirmed the findings of other studies in France and elsewhere.

Dr. Bullard also testified that Ct value (how many amplification cycles were used in a given PCR test to reach a positive test result) is significant as a proxy or indicator for infectiousness.

However, despite Dr. Bullard’s findings and recommendations in his two peer-reviewed studies, Manitoba still does not consider Ct values as a proxy for infectiousness in its public health response to Covid-19. Both Dr. Bullard and Manitoba Chief Medical Officer Dr. Brent Roussin confirmed under cross-examination that Ct values are not provided to public health officials by laboratories. Dr. Roussin admitted that he could mandate that the Ct value be provided to him, but that he has not done so.

Some jurisdictions, for example Florida, do consider Ct value in their public health response to Covid.

Finally, it should be noted that some Canadian news agencies have quoted Dr. Bullard as testifying that a positive PCR tests indicates infectivity 99.9% of the time. This is incorrect. Rather, Dr. Bullard testified that a PCR test will detect any viral RNA that is present in a sample 99.9% of the time. However, Dr. Bullard testified that determining whether or not a sample is actually infectious (containing a viable virus, capable of replicating) needs to be confirmed by lab culture. As noted, only 44% of the “positive” samples using a Ct of 18 returned a viable lab culture. Samples tested at a Ct of over 25, according to Dr. Bullard’s report, produced no viable lab cultures.

Manitoba has confirmed that it utilizes Ct’s of up to 40, and even 45 in some cases. This indicates “cases” resulting from such tests (above a Ct of 25) are almost certainly not actually infectious.

The hearing into Manitoba’s response to Covid and its violation of Charter rights and freedoms continues this week.

Update on Pastor Art

This morning, our legal dream team went to the Court of Queen’s Bench and argued for his immediate release from jail. That order was granted by Mr. Justice Germain — setting free both Pastor Artur and his brother Dawid, who was arrested in the same SWAT-team raid.

That should have been the end of it — the court order was signed by the judge, and then sent over to the jail, called the Calgary Remand Centre.And normally that would be that — prison guards do whatever a judge tells them to do. And in this case, that would be releasing Pastor Artur and his brother.

But they didn’t.

The prison guards refused. They went rogue — or more likely, they were ordered by the prison’s director to disobey.

I wish I were making this up.

I just got off the phone with one of Pastor Artur’s lawyers. She told me that the prison refused — they sent the order back, demanding that there be two separate release orders, one for each brother. And then they said the judge spelled Dawid’s name wrong.

Except he didn’t — that’s how his name is spelled. It’s Polish. Back and forth went the paperwork, with Pastor Artur languishing in his concrete cell. 

But hang on. Since when do prison guards, or even a prison warden, tell a judge what to do? Since when do they have an opinion on the correctness of a judge’s court order? On whether or not a judge is correct?

When I spoke with Pastor Artur’s lawyer about this, I couldn’t even believe it. Neither could she — we’ve never heard of a prison simply telling a judge to stuff it. The fact that those guards or the prison director himself haven’t been immediately suspended shows that the Government of Alberta not only approves of that illegal move — they probably ordered it.

The Government of Alberta had its day in court — they lost. They were represented by Justice Department lawyers and Health Department lawyers. Pastor Artur’s excellent lawyers beat them, and won his freedom.

But some angry jailer thinks they’re above the law? How is that anything other than a police state? How is Pastor Artur anything other than a political prisoner?

I should also note that when our young reporter showed up to wait outside the jail for Pastor Artur’s release, he was repeatedly threatened by officers that they’d arrest him too if he didn’t leave. He held his ground, but it shows how malicious they are.

Pastor Artur's finally out now — these rogue jailers and their tantrum kept Pastor Artur in prison many hours longer than the law required. How outrageous.

Nenshi demonizes

Naheed Nenshi’s comments, which you can view below, are only the latest in this arrogant nanny-state attitude of demonizing people who disagree with the politicians:

Making it even worse, Nenshi was responding to comments made by Michelle Rempel Garner – one of the few politicians who has sought to show respect to people worried about their livelihoods and freedoms:The arrogance shown by Nenshi can be seen in how he couldn’t even let another politician say something reasonable and respectful about the individuals protesting, and instead sought to demonize them, further contributing to Canada’s growing political divide.

Brian Jean slams Jason Kenney

Former Wildrose Party leader Brian Jean has re-entered the fray, responding to the increasingly pro-statist and nanny-state rhetoric of Alberta Premier Jason Kenney.

In a Facebook post, Jean ripped Kenney and said “Albertans want better leadership”:The UCP was created to unite a wide variety of Albertans. They were attracted to the thought of Alberta being governed by a common-sense party that listened to them, that answered their questions and that was straight with them.

Premier, if many Albertans have stopped doing what you want, that is on you.

You have failed to answer their questions. You have failed to give them the data and information they were looking for. You have failed to keep them persuaded.

Leaders bring people together. Leaders listen and explain and convince. Leaders answer questions and provide the information that people need to understand things. A leader is sometimes in the hot seat – take it. It is your job.

A few weeks ago, I wrote about how AHS is hiding critical health data from Albertans – you have done nothing about that.

I wrote about how the CMOH wasn’t being asked the right questions and how to fix that. You ignored that too.

I made suggestions on how you could reach across the political aisle and unify Albertans. Your response was to arrogantly reject even those Albertans who voted for you.

Premier, Albertans have lost confidence in you. Those who didn’t vote for you have concluded that you are even worse than they feared. Those who did vote for you, know that you are not governing as they would have hoped.

You might want a “new base.” Albertans want better leadership.”

Jean’s remarks come after Kenney imposed draconian restrictions – including absurdly foolish moves like banning even OUTDOOR fitness classes – and after Kenney had – similarly to Nenshi – demonized individuals who opposed the government.

To get a sense of how people are reacting to Kenney, consider the responses to his recent Tweet about Canada and the Allies prevailing in Europe in WW2. If you look at the comments, you’ll see a trend of people calling Kenney a hypocrite and noting what some have perceived as the tone-deafness of his remarks:

Government as the parent

In a world where there has been a large-scale abandonment or at least distancing from traditional ideas of paternalistic (actual fathers) leadership and faith communities, many have instead substituted government as their parent.

You can see it in the desperate cries – of adults – for government to ‘do something,’ and the demand that government both act as a traditional father by punishing those who break the rules, and as a traditional mother, by providing compassion, reassurance, and sustenance.

Many adults have thus devolved into a childish way of thinking, rejecting the idea of taking responsibility for their own lives and demanding the state take responsibility instead.

Sadly, rather than resisting this trend, many ‘conservative’ politicians have simply surrendered to it, embracing nanny-state ‘government-knows-best’ politics and taking responsibility for the individual decisions of millions of people.

We see this also in our fiscal and monetary policy, as governments and central banks have given up on the idea of fiscal responsibility, and will simply print and spend until a crisis hits and reality forces people to be fiscally responsible whether they want to or not.

Thus, ‘conservatism’ itself in Canada is fading away and being eroded most forcefully by those who have abandoned it yet continue to campaign under the banners of ‘conservative’ parties.

If you were a vulnerable person and have been vaccinated, you’re protected. You don’t need to know others’ immune status. Note, even if they’ve been vaccinated, that doesn’t guarantee they can’t carry a single virus particle and donate it to you. So it doesn’t help you or make your safer to know everyone else has been vaccinated.

If you’ve declined vaccination, for example, because you’re not at risk from this virus, noting younger people are at MORE risk from influenza than from COVID-19, you also don’t need to know anyone else’s immune status.

Vaccination protects those who need it. Vaccine passports protect nobody.

But vaxpass is useful to our overlords. It’ll be the worlds first common format database, operable anywhere from Bolton to Bogota, containing your unique digital ID and an editable health status flag (initially about vaccination status).

Who controls that database and any algorithm governing what it permits and denies has absolutely totalitarian control over every aspect of your life.

Imagine a future in which a valid Vaxpass is required to enter a sport ground or museum. Invalid Vaxpass, no entry.

Now imagine the rules are hardened up (they will be). Now you can’t enter large shopping malls or hotels without a valid pass.

Further? Sure, why not. The algorithm is tweaked and now you cannot enter large supermarkets or any public transport.

A tyrannical step might be a Visa/MasterCard tweak that requires a valid Vaxpass BEFORE a terminal will open up for a purchase transaction.

Now you can’t even buy a bottle of water. Or fuel. Or anything.

Ping! Your Vaxpass orders you to report for your top up vaccine. If you don’t, your pass expires. Do you think you’ve got a choice?Ping! You’re reminded to bring your grandson in, too, as his mother hasn’t. If you don’t, your pass becomes invalid, as does the baby’s mother’s pass. Still think you’ve got a choice?The fact that I can easily come up with examples must tell you at least that the potential for utterly totalitarian control of the entire population forever lies like a worm at the centre of this beyond-Orwellian future.

It’s not speculative. We’re told this system is about to happen. You’ll be coerced to be vaccinated or you’ll rapidly be marginalised.

Once you’re vaccinated, the limited freedoms they allow you can be withdrawn at any moment.

No force vaccines for children for Covid

 https://www.lifesitenews.com/opinion/we-must-not-be-forced-into-vaccinating-our-children-from-covid I saw this article last night on facebook and thought I would share it here and now the author of the piece is from another publication known as the American Institute for Economic Research for AIER for short and by no means is anti-vaccine but is against forcing people and kids getting the vaccines and in particular the COVID shot based on the facts that we do not have any long term safey  data on them where as other vaccines such as MMR and the DTAP shot for example have the long term safety data we can rely on to decide whether we want to get those vaccines or not and it is unconstitutional and medically unethical to force anyone to get any kind of medical treatment whether they be vaccines or even chemotherapy for cancer anyway here are some interesting highlights from it and draw your own conclusion there: "There is no basis for vaccinating children from Covid-19 as indicated by Dr. Anthony Fauci, none (6 months to 11 years old). The children are at very low risk of illness, especially severe illness from Covid, and children do not spread the illness. The most updated data by the American Academy of Pediatrics showed that “Children were 0.00%-0.19% of all COVID-19 deaths, and 10 [US] states reported zero child deaths. In states reporting, 0.00%-0.03% of all child Covid-19 cases resulted in death.” 

A high-quality robust study in the French Alps examined the spread of Covid-19 virus via a cluster of Covid-19. They followed one infected child who visited three different schools and interacted with other children, teachers, and various adults. They reported no instance of secondary transmission despite close interactions. These data have been available to the CDC and other health experts for over a year. Ludvigsson published a seminal paper in the New England Journal of Medicine on Covid-19 among children 1 to 16 years of age and their teachers in Sweden. 

From the nearly 2 million children that were followed in school in Sweden, it was reported that with no mask mandates, there were zero deaths from Covid and a few instances of transmission and minimal hospitalization. A study published in Nature found no instances of asymptomatic spread from positive asymptomatic cases among all 1,174 close contacts of the cases, based on a base sample of 10 million persons. The World Health Organization (WHO) also made this claim that asymptomatic spread/transmission is rare. This issue of asymptomatic spread is the key issue being used to force vaccination in children. The science, however, remains contrary to this proposed policy mandate.The recent push by the CDC, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and other television medical experts who suggest that we can only get to herd immunity by vaccinating our children is absurd and patently false. They are denying scientific reality. They are spreading false information to the nation. The current data suggest that we are much nearer to herd immunity than they wish it to be. They continue to inaccurately discount cross protection immunity from prior coronaviruses and common colds. They have disregarded the fact that a large swath of the population was not captured in the case load, via laboratory confirmed cases. 

The estimates range that for every ONE confirmed case, there might be 6 or even 8 unidentified individuals who have had Covid. Many people have recovered from Covid and they are being disregarded in Dr. Fauci’s inaccurate statements on herd immunity e.g. his absurd statement that 90% must be vaccinated. Children can become infected as they do for usual pathogens they encounter in their daily lives, ‘naturally.’ Like the common cold or influenza, and alike for other infections. We already know that there is no emergency in children regarding Covid-19. And so why would Moderna Inc. seek to trial this vaccine on children with a death rate in this group of 0.003% (IFR 0.00003)? Moderna must show us why it is not dangerous to put this vaccine in children, and they have not.

We argue vehemently that if children are needed from a ‘numbers’ point of view for driving population level ‘herd’ immunity, then they must be allowed to get infected naturally and harmlessly as part of day-to-day living and we do it by opening schools and allowing them to live reasonably normal lives with sensible precautions e.g. enhanced sanitation, hygiene, and disinfectant. Children can and do get infected as they do for usual pathogens they encounter in their daily lives, ‘naturally.’ These pathogens include the common influenza virus and other influenza-like illnesses.

Allow child-to-child daily interaction. Not only will that drive the adaptive immunity but it will give the children a more robust defense against any mutant variants of the virus itself. This will also allow our children’s immune systems to be taxed and tuned up daily, as opposed to the weakening we are subjecting it to with the year-long lockdowns and school closures. We do it while at the same time strongly protecting the elderly who are frail, the elderly in general, and those with comorbid conditions and obese individuals. We must use stringent protections of our nursing homes and other similar congregated settings (including the staff, who remain often the source of the infection). It is better science to use a more ‘focused‘ protection and targeting that is based on age and known risk factors especially, regarding the children. 

History teaches us to pause and reflect upon our previous miscues and unforced blunders that had significant consequences. It behooves us to remember the increased incidence of narcolepsy in children in Scandinavian countries following the H1N1 influenza ASO3-adjuvanted vaccine used for the 2009 pandemic (Pandemrix influenza vaccination program).  Additionally, the harms caused by the dengue vaccine in children in the Philippines also come to mind that bore a burden on our society of humans. Sanofi Pasteur halted the vaccines in 2017 due to the very dangerous risk of plasma leakage akin to ebola. “It’s a complication called plasma leakage syndrome…he [Halstead] was so worried, he started writing editorials to scientific journals, even warned the Filipino government about the problem…I just say, no, you can’t give a vaccine to somebody – some perfectly normal, healthy person – and now put them at risk for the rest of their lives for plasma leakage syndrome. You can’t do that.” The tainted polio vaccine that sickened and fatally paralyzed children in 1955 in the United States is also worthy of review in this context. The harm that can accrue from a rapid deployment of mass vaccination to the children has not proven to be safe in all the cases. Perhaps this comment is worth noting: “In 1977, for example, a triple vaccination (against diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus) from a defective batch left several children blind, deaf and disabled forever.”

There are potentially real harms to these Covid vaccines and as an example, Canada has now suspended the AstraZeneca-Oxford vaccine for those under 55 based on risk. “Canada’s National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) is recommending provinces pause the use of the AstraZeneca-Oxford COVID-19 vaccine on those under the age of 55 because of safety concerns” (blood clotting and thrombocytopenia). There is the real concern of “disease enhancement” whereby “in the past for a few viral vaccines where those immunized suffered increased severity or death when they later encountered the virus [in the wild] or were found to have an increased frequency of infection.” This is a concern for the Covid vaccines, in adults and certainly children given the past catastrophic experience with the dengue vaccine. Harms and adverse events (e.g. blood clots) are being reported in the CDC’s VAERS system as well as globally and we need urgent study of the temporal relationship of reported adverse events to administration of the vaccines. Currently, there have been approximately 1,900 vaccine-related deaths reported to VAERS as of March 15th 2021. It is still too early to tell how this will play out with these vaccines and reported harms and we remain cautiously optimistic yet cognizant that the trials have not run for the optimal duration of time to assess safety. Thus, our grave concern for our children being administered these yet proven safe vaccines. 

Moreover, one has to understand that all medications and drugs including vaccines may have some adverse effects on the human body. All drugs, including all interventions carry risk. It is therefore imperative that parents of children be informed about the potential risks of any such intervention employed on a child. “But,” says the CDC representative, “Individuals react differently to vaccines, and there is no way to absolutely predict the reaction of a specific individual to a particular vaccine. Anyone who takes a vaccine should be fully informed about both the benefits and the risks of vaccination.” The key is to have total transparency of benefits and risks of using the vaccine in children. We agree wholeheartedly that vaccines are important and potent weapons we have in reducing disease in the population as a whole. 

In comparison, we point out that with the Polio vaccine, from inception of the vaccine concept in 1931 (10 years after FDR was stricken with Polio), indications are that it took roughly 20 years before Jonas Salk used the vaccine to vaccinate his family and then the world. Over the years, vaccines have saved countless lives and will continue to do so. We believe that vaccines have a large and critically important role in protecting human lives, but these protections have been the result of a thorough and sometimes tedious ritual of testing along with long-term safety assessment over a period of years in order to be confident that any one new vaccine is both safe and effective. Unfortunately, we cannot apply these time-tested requisites to the current crop of new vaccines for Covid-19. But again, we reiterate that it’s one thing to let adults decide, after informed consent, to be vaccinated but it is another thing entirely to go about vaccinating our children without evidence for long-term safety, especially when their risks of either becoming ill, or suffering severe illness from SARS-CoV-2 are infinitesimally small.

The argument for a well-tested and safe vaccine requires time under study, and this prevents unnecessary harm to the children that we aim to protect. Ensuring their safety requires a thorough review of well-established data of use of such vaccines in children. Otherwise, we as their caretakers are subjecting them to potentially real harm under the banner of doing good!

What is needed is to allow children to mingle and to acquire infection naturally and harmlessly, in their schools, home, and their everyday environments. We remain skeptical about the safety of the currently administered vaccines, since the FDA issued an emergency use authorization (EUA) and did not apply the needed full regulatory BLA approval. This continues to concern us greatly, since the safety component has not been fully assessed and essentially means that all persons taking Covid vaccines at present are in a large Phase III trial. The efficacy and safety results will be known in 2-3 years and perhaps longer for the longer-term adverse effects that become known at a later date. Exposing children to an untested Emergency Use medication implies that there is a dire risk to the children without it. There are no data to support such a potential risk. No such data, no evidence whatsoever of this exists, and for the CDC or Dr. Fauci or any medical expert to imply otherwise is duplicitous. We know the new CDC Director is working in a highly politically charged environment with many moving parts, and we urge her to ensure that the American population, and particularly parents, are not misled by public health experts on vaccinating children. We trust that she will ensure this. "
