Deport Piers Morgan petition reaching goal

http://www.prisonplanet.com/deport-piers-morgan-petition-reaching-goal.html The petition Infowars.com posted on the Whitehouse website "We The People: Your Voice in Government" page on Friday has no reached 15,000 signatures and less than 10,000 before the Obama administration has to respond, according to the page.

This Petition, like I reported a couple days ago, was in response to British citizen Piers Morgan using his bullying tactics at CNN to undermine the civil liberties of Americans. It is calling for his deportation before he helps enemies against the US constitution do harm to the 2nd Amendment. Morgan claims is effort to outlaw firearms thus strip the Americans of not only their legal right to defend themselves but to also have the ability to respond to government tyranny-which was the original intention of the amendment- is protected by the First Amendment. This piece of trash believes it is acceptable to use the First Amendment to deny Americans their right to exercise the 2nd Amendment in the following twitter quote: "Ironic U.S. gun rights campaign to deport me for 'attacking 2nd amendment rights'-is my opinion not protected under First Amendment rights?" dated December 22nd and he showed his true arrogance in the following tweet as well: "6,600 Americans have currently signed the petition to deport me-meaning 311,993,400 clearly want me to stay. Thank you"

Noel Sheppard of Newsbusters.org put Morgan's response into perspective:

"Using that tortured logic, since only 776,000 people watched his show Thursday, that must mean 314,214,588 Americans think he shouldn't be on air at all"

In Response to Morgan's claim regarding the first amendment, James Taranto of the Wall Street Journal pointed to a transcript of the Kleindienst V Mandel , a 1972 Supreme court ruling. It validated an effort by attorney Richard Kleindienst to refuse Marxist Belgium journalist Ernest Mandel entry into the country. The Court ruled that denying Mandel entry did not violate the first Amendment.

It does remain to be seen if this petition leads to Morgan being kicked out of the US. However it is drawing attention to his disgusting attempt to subvert and undermine the US constitution and Bill of Rights
