An Elderly Veteran(he was in the Vietnam war and was in the US Air Force) in 2010 had a SWAT team come to his house and raid the place because he had a fallout shelter. Now back in 1961, it was required by the government to have such a shelter because of the Cuban Missle Crisis at the time. The article has more information.. This reeks of Agenda 21.. truly disgusting and this Man is suing the City of Austin over this nightmare.

AS the granddaughter of a french-canadian farmer, it makes me sick to see this going on because I can remember him working in my mum's garden when I was in grade school and most of my relatives have maintained fruit and vegetable gardens for as long as I can remember and even my aunt gave me a jar of homemade salsa for christmas made with garden fresh tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and more and it was damn good, the best I have ever had(now I am making myself hungry LOL) but again food is a human right and we should have the choice of where we get it from..
